How to Use Copilot?
Step 1: Setting Up the Messages App- Log in to your Copilot account
- Navigate to App Setup > Messaging App
- Click on Edit to customize your welcome message or disable automatic welcome messages
- Save your changes
- After creating a client on Copilot, a new messaging channel is created automatically
- Click on the + icon on the messaging channels sidebar to create a new messaging channel
- Select one or more clients or a company to form the channel
- Ensure the channel doesn't already exist and click Create
- Click on Messages in the Copilot sidebar to view all conversations
- Select a specific messaging channel to view message threads and send messages
- Access individual client messages by clicking on a client on the Clients page and navigating to the Messages tab
- Receive an email notification for a new message on Copilot
- Respond to the email
- Your response will automatically appear in the Messaging App on Copilot
- Click on the + icon on the messaging channels sidebar
- Select Mass Message
- Enter your recipients and compose your message
- Click Send to distribute the mass message
- Log in to your Copilot account
- Navigate to Billing > Invoices or Billing > Subscriptions in the sidebar
- View, create, and manage invoices and subscriptions from these pages
- Navigate to Billing > Invoices on Copilot
- Click on + New invoice
- Select a client or company and add line items, taxes, and other details
- Specify payment options and add any optional memos or attachments
- Toggle the Preview button to see how the invoice looks before sending
- Click Save to create the invoice
- Navigate to Billing > Subscriptions on Copilot
- Click on + New subscription
- Select a client or company and add line items, billing periods, and other details
- Specify payment options and add any optional memos or attachments
- Toggle the Preview button to see how the subscription looks before sending
- Click Save to create the subscription
- From Clients page on Copilot, select a client
- Expand the Payment Information section in client details
- Click on Add a new payment method or Edit existing methods
- Enter the client’s payment details and save
- Log in to your Copilot account
- Navigate to App Setup > Files > Edit to configure file settings
- Control visibility, upload permissions, and folder structure for clients
- Use the Files sidebar to view and manage all files channels
- Select a specific files channel to upload files, create folders, and more
