How to Use Replyify?

Step 1: Sign Up and Account Setup

• Navigate to the Replyify homepage.
• Click on 'Get Started' to initiate the signup process.
• Enter your email address and create a password, then click 'Sign Up'.
• Check your email for a verification link and click it to verify your account.
• Log in to Replyify using your verified email and password.

Step 2: Connect Your Email Account

• After logging in, navigate to the settings page by clicking on your profile icon.
• Select 'Email Accounts' from the settings menu.
• Click 'Add New Email Account' and choose your email provider (Gmail, Office365, or another email host).
• Follow the prompts to authorize Replyify to access your email account.
• Confirm the connection by sending a test email from within Replyify.

Step 3: Create a Drip Email Campaign

• Navigate to the 'Campaigns' tab on the Replyify dashboard.
• Click 'Create New Campaign'.
• Choose 'Drip Campaign' from the available options.
• Enter a name for your campaign and click 'Next'.
• Compose your initial email in the provided editor, using merge tags to personalize the content.
• Click 'Save' to save your email template.

Step 4: Schedule Follow-up Emails

• Within your newly created drip campaign, click 'Add Follow-up Email'.
• Compose your follow-up email, again using merge tags for personalization.
• Set the delay interval (e.g., 3 days after the previous email).
• Click 'Save' to add the follow-up email to your sequence.
• Repeat the process to add additional follow-up emails as needed.

Step 5: Add Prospects to Your Campaign

• Navigate to the 'Prospects' tab on the Replyify dashboard.
• Click 'Add New Prospect' and fill in the required details (name, email address, etc.).
• Alternatively, upload a CSV file to import multiple prospects at once.
• Assign the added prospects to your drip campaign by selecting the campaign from the dropdown menu.

Step 6: Monitor Campaign Performance

• Navigate to the 'Analytics' tab on the Replyify dashboard.
• Review the metrics for your campaigns, including email opens, clicks, and replies.
• Click on individual emails to see detailed performance data.
• Use the insights to refine your email content and follow-up strategy.

Step 7: Respond to Prospects in Real-Time

• Enable browser and email notifications in the settings menu.
• Whenever a prospect opens or clicks an email, you will receive an instant notification.
